Nettkonsult AS is a engineering consulting company located in Kristiansand, Norway. Nettkonsult offers a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers in the areas of the power system engineering, energy management, electrical safety and other technical services.
Within the field of the Power System Engineering, the company offers experienced personell in analysis and design of transmission and distribution system, including services like substation engineering, transmission line design, distribution system engineering and power system studies.
Our Energy department specialize in energy economizing, analysis and design of alternative energy sources as well as energy- and climate research projects.
Our Electrical Safety department consist of about 30 authorized electrical engineers. Their main goal is to reduce the number of accidents and fires caused by faults in the domestic and industrial electrical systems. The service is performed on behalf of local utility companies, according to national regulations and the instructions of DSB (The Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning)
Other technical services include engineering procurement and project management, fiber-optical network consulting services, electrical & instrumentation design for the industry sector, road lighting design, dambreak studies and general surveying and mapping services.
Nettkonsult AS was founded in 2003 and has been continually growing from approximately 60 employees up to 105 at present. The company’s business plan adopt continued growth including establishment of new branch offices in the southern Norway.
Our main office is located in Kristiansand. Nettkonsult has six branch offices in various locations in Agder and one in Drammen. We offer our services all over Norway.
Nettkonsult is a 100 % owned subsidiary in Agder Energi AS, which is the third largest hydropower company in Norway. Nettkonsult’s annual turnover in the year 2008 was 100 MNOK.
